• Products can only be returned for credit within 10 days after purchase. If The Common Good Coffee Company is not at fault and the customer wishes to return product, the customer will: Pay the cost of freight of the goods both to them and back to The Common Good, Pay the cost of freight of the goods back to The Common Good Coffee Company if returning for credit and then receive a replacement item of the same quantity.

• Returned products can only be credited at the value equivalent to the current market value of the products.

• Damaged goods are not eligible for return. Products to be returned must have a returns authorisation (RA) number clearly visible on the outside of the package (NOT on original carton), and the product must be unopened and in a re-sellable condition acceptable by The Common Good.

• Any goods that have been written on or defaced by you or your courier will not be eligible for return.

Online orders will be processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Unless specified. Our preferred courier partner is Australia Post however this may vary. We offer Point-to-point deliveries. Parcels are delivered directly from the pick up location to its destination. GPS enabled system, we can live track your parcel.

The Common Good Coffee Company does not accept responsibility for any loss of, damage to, late delivery or non-delivery of goods ordered from our website.

PICK-UP - If you select the pickup we will contact you when your order is ready to be collected from our warehouse in Chatswood.
